Brandt Tool and Die Co. is a full service machine shop with over 17,000 square feet of floor space filled with machining, sheet metal, and fabrication equipment.
We have numerous CNC machining centers (lathes, mills) that are supported by our cad software that are ready for your prototype and production needs. These machining centers are complemented with many manual mills and lathes for those jobs requiring secondary operations, or for those special jobs needing manual machining.
Our sheet metal and fabrication area is filled with an NC 20 station turret punch, numerous brake presses, a 10’ hydraulic shear, Mig and Tig welders and many other machines that are needed for producing tight tolerance high quality items.
Being a complete job shop we also are able to provide the customer with a completed product. We also provide heat treating, powder coating, plating, polishing, or whatever finish is needed for the job.
